Wilmon Timberlands is located in Vredenburgh, Alabama, in the southwestern part of the state. The name "Wilmon" comes from a combination of the first syllables of Wilcox and Monroe counties—the counties that held the initial timber investment in 1962.

Wilmon Timberlands manages timberlands for high net worth individuals, families and trusts in separate accounts as well as in partnership structures. Wilmon also serves as a trusted third party manager to high net worth individuals, trusts and LLCs.
